Contest Details:

• Organizers: This contest is organized by Coveted Co. Inc. and sponsored by Turkish Airlines.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to Enter:

• This contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Canada, have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.

• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Golf Canada, Turkish Airlines and Coveted Co. Inc., or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this contest, are not eligible to enter.

• There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• This contest is intended to comply with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial contest laws and regulations.

How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• To enter, participants must provide their name, surname, Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles number, and email.

Prize Details:

• Prize: Two (2) round-trip Business Class tickets on Turkish Airlines from Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) to any Turkish Airlines destination.

• There is one (1) prize available in this contest.

• The prize is not negotiable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for any other value.

• The prize includes flights only. Travel insurance, spending money, accommodation, and transportation to and from the airport are not included.

Booking and Travel Conditions:

• The validity of this voucher expires on December 31, 2025, it is not good for travel solely and must be exchanged for paper or electronic tickets, subject to availability on our flights.

• Travel dates are subject to availability. Tickets valid for one year from date of issue. Extensions will not be permitted. 

• Travel is not permitted from June 10th through September 15th and December 10th through January 12th. 

• All travels must be completed by December 10th, 2026.

• The winner must request their preferred travel dates at least 60 days in advance of departure. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.

• Tickets are not good for resale or cash redemption. Name change and route change are not permitted after issuance of ticket.

• Travel is valid only on Turkish Airlines-operated flights and excludes codeshare flights.

• The winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same flight and route.

• Name changes, route changes, or extensions are not permitted once the tickets are issued.

• Turkish Airlines will not be responsible for denied/rejected Visa and/or arrival/departure issues by any government authority.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The chances of an entry being drawn depend on the total number of entries received at the time of the draw.

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry.

• The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Claiming the Prize:

• Photo identification will be required to verify the winner’s eligibility before the prize is awarded.

• The prize must be claimed directly by the winner. Third-party claims will not be accepted.

• Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

Liability Release:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Turkish Airlines, Golf Canada, Coveted Co. Inc., and their directors, officers, and employees from any liability for damages or losses arising from participation in the contest, acceptance of the prize, or travel-related issues.

Additional Terms:

• The booking and use of flights are subject to Turkish Airlines’ Standard Rules and Conditions.

• The organizers are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.

• If the winner is unable to travel within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited. No alternative prize or compensation will be offered.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.

• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Personal Information:

• Personal data collected during the contest will be used solely for the administration of this contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

• Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to administer the contest and will be securely deleted thereafter, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Promotional Use:

• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name, likeness, and entry being used by Turkish Airlines, Golf Canada and Coveted Co. Inc. for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Dispute Resolution:

• This contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from this contest will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the province of Ontario.

Contest Void Where Prohibited:

• This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Acknowledgment:

• By participating in this contest, entrants have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all matters.
